DATES????      Okay the best part about this worksop is that you will have two time selections to choose from . The workshop will take place the last week of march. 

March 29th - April 2nd We will meet 3 different times over zoom to facilitate the breathwork (You can either join the morning workshop or afternoon workshop) which ever one fits your time schedule better. Both workshops will be identical but facilitated twice, to make sure you can still join in, in case anything ever comes up. (or better yet you can join both of them double the breathwork!) 

What WE WILL COVER: 

3 LIVE group breathwork sessions where we are: 

• Connecting to our "AWARENESS" pillar and reconnecting to our desires and inner being. 
• Using the breath to "RELEASE" allowing YOU to release and let go anything that is causing us inner struggle and pain. 
• Aligning the "ENERGY" so our body can take charge of everything it needs and wants. 
• Connect with your intuition and give it a voice. 
• Unapologetically stepping into your magic, your abundance and the source of your breath and your clarity.
